The theme of the present work is “Translational etiquette”. Etiquette is a code of behavior that delineates expectations for social behavior according to contemporary conventional norms within a society, social class, or group. The French word etiquette, literally signifying a tag or label first appeared in English around 1750. In an informal situation, Americans will introduce each other by first name, without titles, and occasionally by just the last name. If you are introduced to somebody by first name, you can address him or her by first name the next time you meet. The only exception would be for someone who holds an important position, such as the university president or provost. Unless they tell you otherwise, faculty should be addressed using their title and last name (e.g., "Professor Smith"). Thus, mentioned all said above we can point out the aim of the work: to look through the etiquette of translation. According to the aim there are some objectives: to define etiquette and classify the general rules of etiquette, to learn the British communicative style, to define social and cultural aspects of speech etiquette, to look through verbal gaps like silent reactions, to analyze transformations and point out etiquette for translators.
