With the emergence of new independent states on the former Soviet Union, international relations have undergone some changes. The competition between major global players and international organizations in the sphere of influence in the world is increasing. The most current trend of the modern world is that the great powers are not only able to influence global processes, but are subject themselves to reciprocal influence. The situation in the Central Asian countries has changed as all States in the region defend their own national interests. In this regard, the evidence contained therein thesis on the formation of subjectivity of Central Asian bases and characteristics of this trend in the context of cooperation with the United States is of particular relevance to this research. The topicality of the research is also determined by the need of analysis, interpretation and synthesis of the results of the expanding American penetration into the region. Identifying common trends and patterns, as well as conceptual and theoretical foundations in the strategy and tactics of the foreign policy US leadership is fundamentally important to determine the ways and methods of stabilization in and around the region, the consolidation of efforts in addressing common security threats, as well as the optimization of foreign policy options of the region countries and their the main external partners to promote the integration processes in Central Asia.
